Operative Security and Investigations Inc. was founded in 2007, and is a fully licensed corporation registered in New York State.

Director of operations Glenn Solotaroff is an accomplished Law enforcement professional with over 28 years experience in personal, physical, and protective security. Licensed by the New York State Department of State as a Private Investigator, and commissioned Notary Public he possesses an extensive background in security management, planning and consulting.

During his law enforcement career in New York State he served in conjunction with Law Enforcement agencies including: The Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Marshals Service, United States Postal Inspectors, Federal and New York State Office of the Inspector General, N.Y.P.D., New York State Police, Westchester County District Attorney's Office, and was assigned to various task force operations.
